Polly A Baldwin of Dynamic Pictures Is committed to the protection of children, under the age of 18, in
photography and on the web. Essential to this commitment, is to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to protect children/young people from the inappropriate use of their images in resource and media publications, on the internet, and elsewhere. Polly has a recent and clean CRB check.

Whenever possible Dynamic Pictures Web galleries involving children are coded and access is limited to those whose children were involved with the event or ski school class. Children’s names are never identified on the site & images are not used for publicity unless permission is given by the parent. During any Lifestyle Photography shoots involving children another appropriate adult must be present.

For the protection of children and young people at events & private photography shoots the organiser of the event must agree tothe following: * I/we give consent for Polly A Baldwin to photograph the children at the event or portrait session we have organised. * I/We agree to the display of the photographs on Dynamic Pictures Website and understand that everything possible has been done to protect the children’s images. * I/We agree to ensure another appropriate adult is present when the photographs are taken. * We promise only to use images purchased from Dynamic Pictures in an appropriate manner.
